The Stomp Agenda guide to free-to-play restrictions

• Minimum level 10 to get into the city from the starting maps.
• Minimum level 35 to get to Lion's Arch via asura gates
• No Gold to Gem exchange available (gems to gold - not sure).
• Can't use mapchat (/m) at all
• Can't trade some items on the trading post (perhaps crafting level based?)
• Can't whisper to someone in another map unless they're in that person's friends list.
